Discount terms and conditions

You can use discount codes as a guest without creating an account or signing in. For codes with a per-customer usage limit, we check previous uses against your order email before you proceed to payment. A discount shown in your basket is an estimate until that check is complete. Only one discount code can be applied per order. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers and apply only to full-price products. Sale items are excluded. Enter your code before completing your purchase; codes cannot be applied retrospectively. Any expiry date, eligible product restrictions and usage limits shown for your code also apply.

Yes! Free UK Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery applies when your product total is over £60 after discounts, excluding postage, provided your order does not contain the oversized items described below. Orders totalling exactly £60 do not qualify. Tracked 24 remains available at our normal £5 rate.

Free shipping does not apply to orders containing two or more crates, or any sign wider than 48cm. These are extra-large shipping items, so the whole order uses our normal shipping methods: Royal Mail Tracked 48 for £4 or Tracked 24 for £5. Local collection remains free when selected at checkout. International delivery requires a separate quote.
